I would add good old fashion face-to-face communication as part of social media. Because of the online and networking opportunities that we now have, people actually know more about each other before even meeting face-to-face. As a matter of fact, I just met someone yesterday who is following me on Twitter. She knew how important global communications and diversity were to me ... all the more relevant for our in-person discussion.

-- Objectives
-- Strategies
-- Technology
People are first and technology last.
